A few words on why I decided to overhaul my coaching programmes and change how I work.
Clear pricing without a bajillion add ons no one wants or needs.
Clarity on what I can help you with.
So we can focus on helping you become happier and healthier, not pumping my ego.

I don’t really like Instagram much for the work that I do (I’ve a feeling algorithm will now bury this at the bottom of the content sea).
But the thing is - I like nuance. I can’t just say ‘nothing is more important than your mental health, quit the job that makes you unhappy!’, because that’s bu****it.
If you’ve got no savings, no safety net, and quitting your job puts you at risk of homelessness, that is a terribly bad advice.
But it’s not like someone will like a graphic where the caveat is longer than the ‘inspirational’ quote.

So, I'm Polish.
Like, really Polish.
Polish parents, Polish grandparents, great-grandparents, grew up in Poland - you get the gist.
So today, I'd like to introduce you to the (previous era) Polish Women's Day tradition:
A red carnation and... tights.
Yup, tights.
Why?
They were hard to get! Basically a luxury product most women needed! What better gift, right?
In millennial speak, that'd probably be a Chinese money plant in a handmade ceramic pot, and a pair of Uggs... 🤔 (No judgment, love my Uggs, though the money plant didn't survive the lack of sunlight due to construction 🥺).
While tights really aren't a luxury anymore, this doesn't mean we can't celebrate the day with little luxuries of our own. So, this International Women's Day I want you to ask yourself:
What's the luxury in life that I rarely allow myself?
Is it sleeping for an extra hour?
Going to a museum?
Taking a book to a cafe and not checking your watch?
Having your husband put the kids to bed?
Whatever it is, try to gift yourself a little luxury this week.
I think I might go for that stereotypical bath with a Lush bath bomb. ❤️
How about you?

Today, I'm thinking, planning, and writing notes.
I'm having a low-screen day.
I'm still very much a pen and paper girl - especially if said pen and paper are pink! (Well, the notebook is, the paper is a standard off-white).
As much as I love my Mac, I'd be completely lost without my notebooks and lists. There is something special about handwriting, and I milk the benefits as much as possible.
So, for the rest of the day, it's screen off, planning hat on - I'm working on the upcoming webinar and my Burnout First Aid short course.
You can sign up for the webinar through a link in my bio (it's just £25!).

I've a suspicion you're not signed up for my webinar that's this Wednesday!
And it'd honestly be such a shame if you'd miss it, cause it's 1. free and 2. gives you the opportunity to ask me questions and get answers in real time.
I'm super duper excited to be doing this webinar because:
- I'll teach you how to create a work life balance that is actually workable and fits in with your responsibilities and needs;
- I'll teach you how to prioritise and de-prioritise; and
- I'll introduce the concept of life's building blocks.
(Other webinars in the series will cost £25, or £199 for all 10, but this one is £0 forever)
If you’ve got
- Issues with your work and personal life bleeding into each other (laundry when you've got an urgent project on, or picking up the work phone while at the airport to go on holiday);
- A dilemma about how to make sure all the aspects of your life you care about are attended to;
- Struggle with prioritising and de-prioritising and want someone (me) to help you get your duckies in order;
- A real gap between what you care about and what you're actually doing

We all know about fight or flight. No one needs to explain it to us.
But did you know that there is more to stress than that?
I call it the 4Fs of stress: Fight, Flight, Freeze and Fawn.
I’ll explain on my own example.
My stress response starts with Fight. I become a superwoman. I can do anything. I can do everything. It’s me against the world (or an email…). That’s topped up with Fawn - the least know of the 4Fs. Fawn is people pleasing. For me, that’s me thinking I have to do everything right or I’ll get in some monumental trouble.
I then hit Flight. I realised I can’t do everything at once by myself. So I want to hide under my desk. That place seems like a safe hiding place.
Freeze is the last one and hardest to escape. It creeps on silently and leads to decision and thought paralysis.
I know my stress response, so I know to act at Fight, and can usually avoid getting all the way to Freeze. I meditate, take a screen break, or go for my daily walk early or late.
That’s why it’s so important to know your pathway! The more you frat your nerves, the longer the recovery time.
So next time you’re stressed, watch. Observe. Identify your symptoms, write them down if your stress allows. Knowing this can literally be life changing.

When you’re a multipotentialite, lack of ideas for new things to do is never the problem.
But the sheer volume of them can freeze you into inaction.
🪤 Because you want to be good at everything you do.
🪤 Because you want to go all in on the new interest. But if you do that with one, you can’t do that with others!
🪤 Because they’re all super exciting.
🪤 Because you think it’s all or nothing - you either go 100% in, or it’s not worth doing.
These are all the traps your brain sets up for you. And it’s so damn easy to forget that thoughts are not facts. That your brain may well be wrong.
The truth is very, very different.
🎉 You don’t need to be good at everything you do. It’s more than ok to just do things because you enjoy them!
🎉You can try all of your interests. You don’t have to pick one. Just refuse to choose! Take smaller but broader actions!
🎉 Yes, all of your ideas are super exciting. But I bet some are more exciting than others. Maybe it’s time for a reality check? 🤔 (or just try them all!)
🎉 You don’t have to go all in. You just don’t. Unless you really feel like this is your destiny, it doesn’t have to be your day job. Gaby promise.
