Exciting news! I'll be hosting a 6 week beginners yoga course from January 2022. It will take place at St Joseph's Primary School near Archway, and will be open to all ages and physical abilities.
Each class will be from 10:30-11:30 on Saturday morning, followed by a cup of tea, snack and time for any questions about all things yoga! If your new years resolution is to do more exercise, get healthier or take time for yourself, I'd love you to join me!

Tonight's class will be online only, as I'm out of London. Message me or sign up for the zoom link, and we'll be back in person on Saturday at St Joseph's school 🧘

This week, both classes will involve a full body stretch. Expect a yummy flow with lots of fun transitions but maybe a little less sweat than usual. It should be a great opportunity to treat your body, breath and relax.

My beginner friendly, inclusive, creative yoga classes will be on as usual this week in person, with the option to zoom in if you can't be in the room. If you're still yet to come along, we'd love to see you for some movement, mindfulness and fun!

This week's yoga classes will be all about being kind to yourself and listening to your body, while working towards a more mindful way of getting a little sweat and a deep stretch. Tonight should be super fun and chilled out, and will be a perfect session for those who haven't joined us before, or even who are new to yoga, to get a taste of what we do! My classes are inclusive and beginner friendly, with room to try something more challenging if you like!
