Professional Online Coaching

19/01/2026

You don’t need confidence to start.
You build confidence by showing up — as you are.

No pretending.
No perfection.
Just support, intention, and small steps that actually fit your life.

That’s where coaching helps — not by changing who you are,
but by helping you move forward without guesswork or overwhelm.

Be you.
Grow with intention.

I pride myself on grounded coaching that supports your mind and body.

New year. Same you.
Just growing — with intention.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
You don’t need to feel confident already.
You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to start where you are.

If walking into the gym feels intimidating…
If you’ve fallen off before…
If you’re rebuilding confidence, not chasing perfection…

You belong here too.

This year isn’t about pressure.
It’s about progress you can actually stick to — mentally and physically.

Show up as you are.
The rest comes later.

Tom just keeps showing up.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because he feels confident every day.
But because consistency beats excuses.

This isn’t about comparison.
It’s about responsibility.

The gym isn’t full of people judging you.
It’s full of people fighting their own battles.

If you’ve ever felt nervous about stepping into the gym, let this be your reminder:
you belong here too.

31/12/2025

New Year doesn’t reward motivation.
It rewards people who keep going when it’s uncomfortable.

This Christmas reminded me how fragile momentum can feel.
But the people who made progress this year weren’t the ones who felt ready —
they were the ones who showed up anyway.

If 2025 felt heavy for you, you’re not behind.
You’re still in it.

26/12/2025

If you don’t believe in yourself, nothing sticks.

Self-doubt will sabotage the best plan.
Low self-worth will kill consistency.

And sometimes the hardest battle isn’t discipline —
it’s believing you’re actually worth the effort.

That’s where coaching matters.

Not because you “lack motivation”…
But because having someone in your corner —
someone who believes in you on the days you don’t —
changes everything.

Accountability removes the excuses.
Clarity removes the guesswork.
Support removes the isolation.

You don’t need another reset.
You need someone to help you stay in it.

And if today feels like the day you want to stop doing this alone.
you know where I am.

We talk a lot about health — physical, mental, emotional.

But days like yesterday are a reminder that connection matters just as much.

Food shared.
Phones down.
Real conversations.

This is the stuff that refuels you in ways no workout ever could.
Grateful for family, friends, and the chance to slow down this Christmas 🎄🫶🏻

This is Tom.

He trains consistently.
He shows up even when it’s uncomfortable.
He does the work — not because it’s easy, but because it matters.

Tom has cerebral palsy.
But what defines him in this gym isn’t a condition — it’s commitment.

Strength isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet consistency, week after week, regardless of excuses or expectations.

Proud to coach him.
Proud of the standard he sets without ever needing to say a word.

17/12/2025

Coaching is closed for Christmas 🎄

Not because progress stops —

but because this season isn’t about pushing harder.

Real change doesn’t come from rushing, punishing, or forcing momentum.

It comes from understanding your body, restoring your energy, and setting the right foundation.

I’ll be reopening soon with a small, supported intake — built for people who want results that actually last.

If that sounds like you then drop me a DM because the waitlist is still open.

No pressure. No urgency. Just clarity.

the reason you burn around 200 fewer calories per day during perimenopause isn’t random.... it’s a combination of:

• Lower estrogen → harder to maintain muscle
• Increased fatigue → fewer unconscious daily movements
• Higher cortisol → slower recovery + reduced training intensity

But here’s the part no one talks about:

👉 Yes you need a calorie deficit to lose weight but creating a calorie deficit bigger than those 200 calories actually makes fat loss harder.
Why?
Because If the deficit is too big then you spike cortisol even further, reduce recovery, slow your metabolism, and push your body to store fat instead of burn it.
So you work harder… but get less back.

Fat loss isn’t impossible — you just need a strategy that matches your physiology.

What does work during this phase:

• Prioritise protein (25–35g per meal) to protect muscle
• Strength train 2–3x/week with a clear progression plan
• Hit a realistic step target (7–10k depending on fatigue)
• Sleep 7–8 hours — stabilises hunger + cortisol
• Use a small deficit, not an aggressive one (slow is safer + faster long-term)

If you want the correct calorie deficit based on your circumstances and my formulas DM me the word "macros" For your free targets!

Here’s the truth no one wants to admit:
You’re addicted to relief — because life hasn’t given you any.....the substance has taken that away.

For some people, gambling is the only place they feel like they finally get a win....especially when they’re losing at work, losing arguments or just losing at life.

Co***ne?
It’s not the high.
It’s that 10-second window where you finally feel confident, loud, alive.....something you don’t feel in real life anymore.

Alcohol?
Let’s be honest.
It’s the only time your brain shuts up.
That moment before the first sip hits where your whole chest finally unclenches.....that’s the real addiction.

every addiction....it all does the same thing:

It gives you a feeling you’re starving for

…a win

…a break

…a spark

…a silence

…a version of yourself you actually like for a moment.

But the “solution” is the thing keeping you stuck.

Numbing the pain keeps you from fixing the cause.

Once you realise that you can unlock the power to replace it with something that actually helps.....something that doesn’t destroy you while pretending to save you!!!!!

You don’t need shame.

You don’t need to be lectured.

You need support.

You need tools.

You need someone in your corner while you rebuild your strength....mentally and physically.
