The system is broken.

Our client had an interesting experience this morning - his virtual office provider asked him to accept online Updated Terms and Conditions. These were asking the client, apart from paying suddenly in $ rather than in £, to "forfeit all right to bring any legal action against [the provider] for any reason" and "make every effort to obey the rules and regulations of the BULGARIA"closing with the statement "This AGREEMENT is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the London..." Our client raised this with the provider over the phone (2 different telephone numbers and four options to choose from) resulting in being blocked by the provider and the provider by doing so, breached the contract clause.

Our client will exercise his rights under the UK laws which no doubt will bring him justice but in the meantime, it will leave him with no access to important documents and this deprivation prevents him to comply with legal deadlines regarding his business.
