This is one of my biggest mistakes in business to date 😤
And its one I don’t ever plan to make again
Quitting isn’t the same as pivoting
Everything I’ve ever launched has sold
People buy it.. We get sales
But I’m looking for life changing traffic. Not just OK level
And I never ever forgot the Russel Brunson line from one of his old books
“You don’t need to create traffic, it already exists, you just need to redirect it”
Running a solely marketing based agency has been good..
But its time to expand and go into another arena
An arena full of sharks but when you’re a shark you gotta be where you belong right
The same lesson can be true in any industry...
You got to know when to tweak things.. make changes.. pivot
I found this level of clarity by slowing down. Getting into the nitty gritty.. really keeping an eye on the minor details
Thats what I’ve been doing recently and its kept me on a new level of oversight
