Your children are watching.

They watch what you eat.

They watch when you go back in your word.

They watch when you say no to playing with them.

And they remember.

Most children always be right now will grow up remembering the times they didn’t spend with their father.

But did you know, a fatherless family is the result for most of the chaos that follows in a child’s life.

Fatherless today means where no father is present, not just absent.

Men might as well not be in their children’s lives because they can’t switch the ‘need’ to make money off.

What price are you putting on not being there for your children?

Money doesn’t excuse it.

Men, no one cares what you say, if your actions tell a different story.

Men who proclaim to others what they ‘should’ be doing, who never do it themselves breed insecurity and negative feelings into their woman.

- Telling others to be healthy when eating s**t food.

- Telling others to be present and intimate with their partner when their s*x life is nonexistent.

- Telling others to be financially independent when you do nothing to get out of your job.

Men in their 30’s who have plans to start a family…

Your woman is watching you.

Just because you talk a good game, doesn’t mean she believes you.

She is watching what you do more than listening to what you say.

You see, a modern western life has made men complacent and ‘entitled’, therefore unwilling to do the work on them self to change the course of their families future.

A man has a duty to make his wife feel safe, through the actions he undertakes each day.

Saying one thing and not delivering it through action builds distrust in a relationship.

Your wife wants to trust you.

Stop making it hard for her to do so.

Speak less, do more.

Men must work hard to become men.

When a man approaches his 30’s, modern society would largely see him continuing to act like the 18yr old version of himself.

⚠️Out partying
⚠️Vaping
⚠️Drinking during the week
⚠️Dominoes for breakfast
⚠️Video games

Do any of those action portray ‘responsible father?

Most men have lost the ability to let go of their immature child, and become a man ready to raise a family.

It’s hard.

Because it starts in your mind.

The man has to see him as not where he desires to be, as a role mode for his offspring, and then commit to become the version of himself that will be that role model.

It’s hard work.

And it lasts a lifetime.

But here’s the clincher, if the man isn’t willing to do it in his 30’s, he’ll be laying the foundation for destruction of his family in the future.

It’s time to ask yourself gents, are you still behaving like your 18?

Does that fill your woman with confidence you’ll provide for and protect the family?

Generational Wealth will cease to exist.

There is a major health crisis that no one is talking about.

Fertility.

It’s taken just 40 years of eating s**t ‘recommended’ healthy food to drop a man’s fertility by 60% in the western world.

And yet making money is the number one priority still.

Let us ask you this…

If your ‘health’ behaviours were causing your children to become less fertile than you…

And they passed those behaviours on to their children…

At what point does fertility reach 0%?

At that point, all that ‘wealth’ you accumulated… where does it go?

Who is it passed on to?

There is a reason the system is designed the way it is.

Your health choices matter. Not for you…

But for your family legacy.

Today we start Day 15 of the 28 Day challenge.

Since I radically transformed my physical appearance (the fat photos) I haven’t been ‘out of shape’.

But I’ve also not pushed myself as I love what I see in the mirror.
However…

Johannes Yau has a way of subtly showing you your weakness so you can go and develop strength.

The workouts he has provided us for this 28 day period are testament to his expertise.

As a former athlete, I’ll accept any challenge and do whatever it takes to win…

He’s lit a new fire in me (that I always knew was there) but never ACTED upon.

14 days in and the development is starting to show.

Men weren’t made to be weak, mediocre and full of anxiety.
