Consistency, discipline and focus-eat and train rather than diet and exercise-master the basics rather than focusing on the latest trend diets and fancy nonsensical exercises-detox pills, fat burner pills, HIIT exercises and Pilates only will not get you there-you have to be comfortable with the iron in your hands and get stronger-health can never be divorced from strength!

Calf stretching before bed on the slant board-most people(including me) have tight calves mainly because of today’s high heeled and fluffy shoes-since I’m wearing a pair minimalist shoes from and using a slant board, these issues are slowly fading away
