New Module Launch | Readings in Pivotal Jurisprudential Texts
We are excited to introduce a new Hawza module centered on Sharaiʿ al-Islam by al-Muhaqqiq al-Hilli a foundational text that has shaped Shi’i jurisprudence for centuries.
The module also engages key classical works by Shaykh al-Tusi, Shahid al-Thani, Sayyid al-Yazdi, and Sayyid al-Khui, offering students deep insight into the evolution of ijtihad, legal reasoning, and jurisprudential discourse.
📘 A powerful step forward for students seeking advanced fiqh training.
