Sometimes we don't get the reaction / the feedback that we were waiting for.
So by default, we return to DOUBT & uncertainty.
And then we stop trusting.
And then we wait... we wait...FROZEN..

1) Set Strong Boundaries

Choose what days and times you’ll take clients & how many clients you’ll take at once.
Make a commitment to yourself that it is OK to say NO to clients or opportunities that aren’t right for you.

2) Prioritise Your Self-care

Incorporate small, self-care habits into your daily routine. Your self-care practice could include meditation, outdoor walks, a workout routine etc.
⠀
3) Be Mindful of Your Own Energy
⠀
It is your responsibility to be mindful of the energy you bring to client sessions. Taking a few moments to breathe and clear your mind will help you be as present as possible. You (and your clients) will feel the results!

4) Communicate Client Expectations Upfront
⠀
When you share your expectations, you establish trust and confidence with your clients. At the beginning of the coaching relationship, let your clients know KEY details like when they can expect a reply to their texts or what will happen if they arrive late to a call.

5) Set Your Work Hours
⠀
Choose your work hours and stick to them as much as possible.
Go a step further and schedule your most important tasks into your calendar according to your energy levels.
I also use a moon calendar that helps me plan the whole month in advance beautiful aligned with the moon cycles.

6) Build Rest Breaks into Your Schedule
⠀
NO ONE can be productive without rest.
Give yourself regular breaks during the day, before you dive into another activity.
⠀
You are the most important resource in your business.
AND when you put yourself FIRST, you show up as THE MOST powerful coach.

Leaning into the belief that money is just energy✨

That EVERYTHING that surrounds us is energy - it’s continuously vibrating, shifting and buzzing.
That we are tapped into an energy source that transcends far beyond the physical✨

I was so wired and hung up on the tangible.
Utilizing my senses to seek the understanding and define what was available to me.
Things like physically seeing, touching and smelling things.

Things like money💸

This is where it's easy to get stuck🙄

When we focus solely on the tangible vs. everything being energy (💸 included) we get stuck in the limitations of the physicality mindset.

This tangible trap along with the limiting beliefs and blocks I picked up along the trail of life kept me from experiencing the wealth and abundance I desired.

So how do you shift?🤷🏼‍♀️

Start be leaning into the belief that it’s all an energetic exchange✨

Money is energy.
Your thoughts and emotions are energy.
So start aligning your thoughts, words and actions to support the belief that there’s an overflow of money (energy) all around you👇🏻

Start saying this money mantra anytime you go to pay, spend or give - There’s more where that came from, it’s on it’s way to me now💫

That thought alone will start your transformative shift😁
