Previous dieting culture has failed so many people…
Yes there are times where you do have to say “no”
When your goals to drop body fat saying yes to every meal out and social occasion can and will make it more challenging
But learning how to go on a social occasion
Have a meal out
Without falling in to the spiral of feeling like you’ve “failed” is what will help you achieve results that last!
Life is life and it will never quieten down🤷🏻♂️

Hannah came to me 6 months ago wanting to get her confidence back
Wanting to feel like herself again
Recognise her self again

How many times have you hoped that doing one of these 11 things…
Will finally help you lose weight after years of trying?
Let me guess? A lot
But the truth is this is the reason I stayed stuck yo-yo dieting year in year out…
It’s also the exact reason I see so many people stuck in that cycle
A new gym set, new meal prep tubs, new shoes aren’t going to motivate you
There not going hold you accountable and neither can you hold yourself accountable to them🤝🏼

She refused to let her kids grow up always seeing there mum dieting year in year out
She refused to let her daughters grow up without many photos with their mum to look back on…
Now she’s leading by example to her kids❤️
She’s showing up as the happy, healthy and confident mum!
This is what happens when you refuse to stay stuck, not only does your life change, the lives of those around you changes to

went from “starting again every Monday”😣
Spending year after year dieting just to lose a few lbs and gain it all back…
Leaving her feeling frustrated and burnt out
She started to lose hope that weight loss would ever happen for her…
Asking her self questions every single day…”will weight loss ever be for me?”
“Is my body broken?”
When infact Claire needed a system that worked with her life and stopped her from spiralling after days out with her family off a weekend❤️
One that stopped her feeling controlled by food day in day out
One that actually helped her see the light at the end of the tunnel on her weight loss journey🤝🏼
Fast forward to today!
She’s 25kg (55lbs down)✅
Her kids are following in her footsteps✅
She’s back in photos with her kids again✅
She’s back to wearing the clothes she wants to wear✅
Last but not least she’s put and end to a life that was consumed by her weight👊🏼

This week alone I’ve realised even more how struggling with your weight affects the quality of life…
I know how much it’s impacted my life
Waking up everyday consumed by how I look and how I feel
Waking up everyday worrying about what I’ll wear today
Waking up everyday already overthinking the next social event
Waking up everyday feeling low in energy, tired, in a rut
Waking up every struggling to feel content as my mind was always ticking over and being consumed by my weight
We only get one life
We don’t get another go round
We have once chance to live this life to the fullest
Yesterday I spoke to a legend who enquired to work with me
And she said to me this is about feeling “happy & content”
Not living day to day life with constant thoughts and worries about my weight
And honestly I heard that, it’s not always about a number on a scale
It can be about achieving a life where you don’t feel like there restraints
Your free to do what you want to do
Wear what you want to wear
Say yes to what you want to say yes to
Without how you feel and how you look holding you back
Ask your self…can I let this continue
If you’ve been stuck for 5/10/15 years struggling to lose weight
Can you repeat that again?
