During this holiday season, take aside all your fears, disappointments, uncertainty and negativity that’s has been accumulated during 2023.
I am sure 2023 has been intense for all of us, but YOU always have a choice!

I choose to thank every single one of you on that side of the screen that has been part of my 2023 with deep appreciation, for being present in any way in my life. This years has been transformative!
I have worked more than ever on my purpose and mission, all the pieces of the puzzle has been coming together and I do it because I feel really aligned.
I continue to do it, so I can help and inspire more women feel Dushi, feel that they don’t have to hide who they truly are, that they find their voice, strength and beauty and live the life they love and deserve!
We all deserve to live a free life! Free from self judgement and other people judgements!
Life is so much more than what goes on in your head right now…
I truly wish that all the challenges coming your way in 2024 will be big opportunities for growth, self realisation and transformative in of deep ways where you feel that all has been worth it! And you feel happier that ever before!

Clothes are more than a piece of fabric!
They are a form of self expression, style, provide comfort, protection and have also a sentimental value.
✅ GRATITUDE PRESCRIPTION AKA HOMEWORK:
I want you to also take this challenge a bit further and Use your favourite clothes today!
💥Admire yourself in front of the mirror and compliment yourself out loud!!! (Be aware for some of you, this is actually standing your own fears, if you need help with this let me know)
And when choosing your clothes for today and you come across something that you keep in your wardrobe for ages but don’t wear it, it means it has done it’s job and it’s time to let it go, release it with love, show gratitude for all the occasions you remember using and let it go.
The more you let go, the more space you create for the new!
Appreciate your clothes today and everyday because if you wake up tomorrow only with the things you appreciated today you could have just being wondering naked and upseting some people 😂

✅ Day 23 of Gratitude Challenge!!
Practicing Gratitude is like taking a MAGIC PILL everyday!! These pill is available to all but not all are taking it! But you are!! So well done you!! 🙌🫶
Today, I have asked you appreciate uplifting events, your favourite memories and to even create a gratitude collage of your favourite moments! On your lowest days, if you look at that collage it makes everything worth it! And you heart becomes full again ☺️❤️
💫 TOMORROW IS MANIFESTATION SUNDAY!! 💫
✅The next 24hr I want you to focus on 🫶 Appreciate every single moment in the present moment but also I want you to think about something you want to manifest in the next 10 years!
✍️ Write a letter to your FUTURE self in 10 years time, telling you now how is your life in the present moment, things you have learned and accomplished, even describe your routine, who is around you, what are you doing etc etc . Use the present tense.
Be real, be authentic, be honest, be really intentional, be bold, be a dreamer and be grateful because everything you are writing on your letter is indeed going to happen!!

Today I have asked you appreciate education and all forms for it! Thank you for those of you that text me appreciating my “teachings” ☺️🫶 I appreciate you!!
Learning about ourselves is the most important asset we have! Everything comes from within! I am just sharing with you things and tools that have transformed my life and many more life’s counting with the work I have been fortunate to have ☺️🫶
✅The next 24hr I want you to focus on 🫶 Appreciating your favourite memories!🌟 the uplifting events! The ones that changed your life forever! Little ones or big ones!
Examples:
❤️ Graduation Day: Remember the pride and excitement of graduating from school or university? That sense of accomplishment and the support of loved ones?
❤️ Wedding Day: Think about the day you tied the knot with your beloved. The vows, the love in the air, and the promise of a beautiful journey together.
❤️ Birth of a Child: The moment you held your newborn for the first time, feeling an overwhelming rush of love and wonder.
❤️ Career Milestone: Reflect on a significant career achievement, whether it's landing your dream job, a promotion, or a successful project.
❤️ Travel Adventures: Recall your most memorable travel experiences, where you explored new cultures, tried new foods, and made lifelong memories.
❤️ Family Gatherings: Cherish the times spent with family, filled with laughter, stories, and shared love.
❤️Breakthrough moment where you felt everything changed from that moment on.
Etc etc etc!
Now, think about what made these moments so special. Was it the people you were with, the feelings you experienced, or the lessons you learned?
Take a moment to express gratitude for these uplifting events and the positive impact they've had on your life.

Education comes in many forms It may come from traditional education, degrees, masters, to home schooling, experiential learning, self teaching, interactions with others, reading, workshops, online learning and many more.

I have been asking you to write on your journal:
I am so happy and grateful that (…) and that makes me feel (…) I want to challenge you even further and be more specific on the emotions.
Gratitude Prescription for the next 24hrs: I want you to pay attention to everything you learn new! Either from people, books, experiences, interactions, formal training and appreciate it!
Education is the Best Investment you can make in YOURSELF!
I love reading books because it takes abou 10years of expertise for someone to write a book, if you can read a book a month then you are getting ahead and saving so much time, so you don’t have to spend so much time learning! ☺️🫶

Thank you so much for your messages sharing your food and deeply appreciation for your food today. It was so nice to see that you were able to share it with people around you too, bringing a sense of gratitude to the table ☺️☺️
The next 24hr I want you to focus on TWO things:
🫶 Be grateful for your ancestors (meaning parents, grandparents, and older generations) and honour them: for their wisdom, traditions, opportunities provided, legacy, wisdom, life lessons, contributions and also sacrifices. Without them you, would not be here today. ☺️
🫶 Think of a happy joyous childwood memory. Go back to that moment and use the 5 senses. What were you hearing, smelling, hearing, tasting, touching. Express gratitude to that moment and the family members involved if any.
Then challenge yourself to do something to make the little child inside of you happy. To bring you the sense of wonder and innocence. It can be colouring a book, playing a music instrument, dancing, eating icecream, run in a park, plays sports, a walk in nature etc etc.
Remember, you have all you need inside of you! My job is just to guide you on that journey
And,

TOP TIP: Share that childwood memory with the people involved and get a ripple effect of joy and gratitude.
It opens your eyes. When you do it daily, it is magic! It transforms your life!

Our senses connect us to the beauty of each moment.
💓 Appreciate them today! 💓
We all have busy lives, we often go through our days on autopilot, not fully appreciating the gift of our senses.
Let's change that! 🙌
Take a moment specially today to really be present and mindful of what you are seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling.
Notice the colours of the sunset, listen to the melody of your favourite song, feel the cosiness of your bed, savour the aroma and taste of your coffee, breathe in the fresh air.
Our 5 senses allow us to take in the world around us.
Sight lets us see the beauty of nature and the faces of loved ones.
Hearing gives us the ability to listen to music and the voices of friends.
Touch allows us to feel the warmth of a hug, the texture of a tree, the softness of a pet's fur.
Taste lets us taste delicious flavours and enjoy our favourite foods.
Smell lets us remember fun times and how we felt before. Like when we smell cookies baking, it makes us feel happy like we did at mum’s house!
✅ TOP TIP: TODAY HUG someone OR something! USE this awareness of the 5 senses, you will never forget that HUG! 😊😊

DAY to appreciate your PAST, FORGIVE past hurts, mistakes, resentment, anger, traumas, past relationships and Let go of that burden!
In order to create something new, we need to let go of the old!
YOU HAVE A CHOICE: You can stay stuck and bitter or you can do yourself a favor by willingly forgiving the past and letting go, and then moving on to create a joyous, fulfilling life!
Free yourself up! This is about you not them.
Sometimes you think you need to speak to that person, to forgive. You don’t need if you don’t feel ready.
All you need is to write a letter as if that person is reading it and this has an incredible power of let go! You are setting yourself free! Not approving or making right what they have done to you. But accepting that happened, that you can’t change the past and you can only control your emotions today.
✅ACTION FOR TODAY:
Write a Forgiveness letter to someone who hurt you, or even to yourself if you want to start with you. Then destroy it.
It helps you come out of the victim mode and take control of your life and let go of bitterness and resentiment.
We can not be bitter and happy. So I invite you today to let go.
🫶 How to write the letter:
💓Write their name (or your name if you are willing to forgive yourself first)
💓The reason why you are writing the letter
💓Describe what happened in the past and how that made you feel, let it all flow… who do you blame and why…
💓 What emotion is attached to the episode: is it anger? Resentment? Pain? disappointment? Etc etc
💓Why did you feel that way?
💓What did you wish could have been said or done. Like what things did you wish they told you or you wish you had told them
💓 Accept that each and every single person is doing their best at that time with their understanding, awareness, and knowledge they have.
💓Thank and appreciate that episode that is bringing you awareness that some part of you still needs to be listened.
Listen to it and let it go.
