Apple Regional Training Centre | 2026–2027

We’re proud to share that Woodland Academy Trust has once again been approved as an Apple Regional Training Centre for 2026–2027!

As the Apple Regional Training Centre for Kent and Bexley, we’re looking forward to another year of providing free professional learning opportunities for educators, sharing practical approaches and exploring how technology can be used purposefully to support teaching and learning.

Our 2026–2027 programme is open for bookings, with sessions exploring accessibility, oracy, creativity, metacognition, educational spaces and coding.

What a wonderful way to start the new academic year!

Yesterday, colleagues from across Woodland Academy Trust came together for our full Trust INSET Day and the launch of our Diversity, Equality, Inclusion & Belonging Strategy: I am one of us.

A huge thank you to our two fantastic keynote speakers, Rachel Macfarlane and Evelyn Forde MBE, for their thought-provoking and inspiring sessions exploring Making School Unmissable and Belonging by Design – both connecting so strongly with our commitment.

It was wonderful to see colleagues from across our schools and central team together, connecting, reflecting and learning as one Trust.

We were also well fuelled for the day with some delicious breakfast pastries from our school catering partners, The Pantry UK 🥐☕Thank you for helping us start the day well!
