It's a wrap for Womenski! 2025, but memories that will last forever.. Fresh snow arrived on day 2, Northern lights, Qi gong with the incredible Rachel Rosen, special reunions, and new friendships. Thank you everyone for making this such a special trip, and t***n takk Grethe Gillebo at Dalseter. Your hospitality is the best of Norway.

Happy Solstice everyone. If you're feeling the need for deep retreat, I've just returned from Holy Island, the multi faith centre of peace, off the Isle of Arran. Purity and calm awaits. I can't recommend enough 🙏 interesting fact: the long term Buddhist retreat centre for women is on the remote South facing side, the men's is on a North facing, midge infested valley on mainland Arran!
