West Derby Adventurers had a wonderful ‘Toy Story’ themed World Book day 🌎📚🤩. It was a fun filled day from start to end 👏🤩👏

This morning, West Derby Explorers 1 have created some beautiful artwork based on ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ 🐛. They used various techniques like Foil Painting, brush paining and finger painting. This variation to the activity enabled the children to explore colours and textures promoting fine motor skills, observation skills, vocabulary and creativity. The children had so much fun 🤩 🐛

Southdene children took a trip to the library to continue celebrating World Book Day 📚. They had a lovely time and all enjoyed choosing a book to take home with their World Book Day book vouchers 🤩
