Veena, founder of Ocean Tuition, brings over 15 years of teaching experience across both primary and secondary education. With a specialism in mathematics, she is passionate about scaffolding learning and employing a wide range of instructional strategies to support different learning styles and abilities.

At Ocean Tuition, every child is recognised as an individual. Students vary in their pace of learning, confidence, prior knowledge, and preferred learning modalities.

To meet these diverse needs, Veena adapts her teaching through:

Following our recent Open Day, we’re opening our doors again this month and offering 6 days of tutoring completely free at Kirkby Volair, L32 8SA.

Each session will be 1 hour in your chosen subject and year group, giving children the chance to build confidence, ask questions, and experience tutoring in a relaxed environment.
