Classes all week as normal
We have our adults class this Wednesday evening 7.15pm
Also we have our fight squad training this Saturday times will be on the wattsapp group
Let’s keep the kids at it as they are growing in confidence and skill

All our caffeine levels are at maximum for our little ninjas classes this morning
