We are having lots of fun today playing with our lights panel table .
Playing with a lights panel table can cover lots of links to areas of the EYFS framework:
- *Understanding the World*: Exploring light, colors, and technology. Kids can learn about cause and effect, and investigate different materials.
- *Expressive Arts and Design*: Encouraging creativity and imagination with light and color. Think light art, patterns, and designs.
- *Personal, Social, and Emotional Development*: Sharing, taking turns, and collaborating with friends. It's also great for emotional regulation and self-expression.
- *Communication and Language*: Describing what they're seeing and doing, using vocabulary like bright, dim, color, and pattern.
- *Mathematics*: Exploring shapes, patterns, and sequences. You can even incorporate counting and sorting activities.
- *Physical Development*: Fine motor skills are developed through touching, pressing, and manipulating the lights.
