Today we had a unique workshop with the Abbentu group from Italy. They taught us how to dance the Tarantella, Pizzica, and Tammurriata. These talented artists are among those who have brought the ancient traditions of Tarantella music and dance back to new generations. They learned the traditional music and dances from the elders and reshaped this heritage so it could be embraced by younger generations.

We are proud to have had them with us today and to have shared such a wonderful day with all our children and families.

They also performed at the and had 5-hour workshop for adults, which was greatly appreciated. Grazie to Comites di Manchester Comites Manchester that made this possible for us!

Thanks to all the families who joined our Easter egg hunt last Sunday despite the rain! We had such a wonderful time together 🧡🥚🐣 The kids loved looking for chocolate eggs and creating their own Easter eggs using treasures from the nature blossoming around us!
