Brady Bunch Childcare

I’ve tried to get with the modern world and have created a basic Instagram account for Brady Bunch. A lot of people are contacting me via friends’ Facebook accounts as they don’t use that platform so I’m trying to widen my choice of social media. Instagram will be a very basic account showing my setting and activity set ups rather than photos showing the children at play. I hope it makes things easier for Insta users to contact me 🌳

We spent a lovely morning at our local beach. 🌊☀️

The children enjoyed climbing up the sand dunes and running back down again, throwing pebbles into the lake, watching the ships pass by, and saying good morning to other visitors along the way.

These simple experiences support so many areas of the EYFS, including Physical Development through climbing, balancing and running; Communication and Language through conversations and greetings; Understanding the World by observing the beach environment and ships; and Personal, Social and Emotional Development as children build confidence and engage positively with others in the community.

A lovely morning of fresh air, exploration and learning through play! ❤️

I’ve never been so excited to see a red strawberry 🍓 😂
Carrots and broccoli are coming along great too. The children love planting and watering, it’s lovely for them to see that food doesn’t just come from the shops and to be part of the growing process. We also have apples and pears starting to grow on the trees and a new plum tree (which is still tiny). ❤️🌳

One of our amazing Brady Bunch Nan’s is Sky Diving (!) on Saturday to raise money for Woodland’s Hospice, in memory of her lovely husband who would be very proud ❤️
