Things I wish more women knew about fitness 👇
🫧 You don’t need to train 7 days a week
More workouts doesn’t always mean better results. Your body needs recovery too — that’s where progress actually happens.
🫧 Walking counts
Not every workout needs to leave you exhausted. Walking is underrated for fat loss, energy, stress, digestion, and overall health.
🫧 Protein matters
Protein helps support muscle, recovery, energy levels, and keeping you fuller for longer. Most women massively under-eat it - EAT YOUR FOOD LADIES
🫧 Recovery matters
Sleep, rest days, hydration, and slowing down are just as important as training hard. You can’t constantly run on empty and expect to feel good.
🫧 Consistency beats intensity
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up. Small habits repeated over time will always beat extreme routines you can’t maintain.
Fitness should feel sustainable — not like punishment 🤍

Fitness used to mean punishment to me. Now it’s energy.
I used to train because I felt like I had to.
Now I move because it makes me feel better — mentally and physically.
Some days that’s a gym session.
Some days it’s a walk, mobility, or slowing down and resting.
I’m no longer chasing exhaustion or trying to “earn” food.
Just building a lifestyle that feels strong, balanced, and sustainable.
And honestly, that mindset shift changed everything.

Since starting in August, this incredible woman has lost 11kg and today weighed in at her lightest yet 🙌
She’s dropped 6 inches off her waist — but more importantly, she’s gained so much more than just physical results.
Because here’s the truth: weight loss isn’t one straight line down. It’s messy, it fluctuates, and life happens. We’ve had days out, holidays, and everything in between — and she’s still shown up and kept moving forward.
The biggest transformation? Her confidence.
We’ve gone from training in hoodies to vests… and now even the occasional sports bra 💪 That kind of progress can’t be measured on a scale.
Her strength has increased, her mindset has shifted, and the way she carries herself now is completely different.
I genuinely could not be more proud. Watching her grow into a more confident, self-assured version of herself has been an honour.

Since July, this absolute trooper has been showing up, putting the work in and slowly but surely transforming far more than just the number on the scales.
18.4kg down since joining — but the real win has been the mindset shift.
A brand new attitude towards the gym, consistent week-on-week progress in strength, weight loss and nutrition, and an overall outlook on fitness that’s gone from “I have to” to “I’ve got this.” That doesn’t happen by accident — it comes from effort, consistency and a willingness to be uncomfortable (looking at you… split squats 😈).
We’ve had laughs, we’ve had a few tears, questionable life chats between sets, and ongoing disappointment at my severe lack of Star Wars knowledge (apparently this is unacceptable for a coach). Somewhere in between all that, a proper friendship was built too.
I couldn’t be prouder of how far you’ve come — not just physically, but mentally. This journey has been earned every step of the way, and the best part? We’re only getting started 💪🔥
