Week 3 of the 50-Day 8Wise® Summer Reset is complete. ☀️
This week, we focused on another seven simple wellbeing actions:
- Occupational — doing something that brings flow or satisfaction
- Financial — clearing one unnecessary expense or trigger
- Emotional — giving yourself permission to feel
- Physical — making space for intentional rest
- Spiritual — identifying a value to live by
- Intellectual — stretching your mind
- Environmental — adding something beautiful to your space
Week 3 has been a reminder that wellbeing is often built through awareness, intention and small everyday choices.
- Not dramatic change.
- Not perfection.
Just steady, realistic action.
Take a moment to reflect:
- Which prompt resonated most this week?
- What helped you feel calmer, clearer or more grounded?
- Which dimension of wellness might need more of your attention right now?
Save this carousel so you can revisit the prompts whenever you need them.
Week 4 starts tomorrow.

Day 21 — Environmental Wellness
Your space can nourish you.
Environmental wellness is not only about reducing clutter. It is also about creating surroundings that lift your energy and help you feel more at ease.
What you see around you matters.
A small touch of beauty can shift the feel of a room:
fresh flowers
- a candle
- a favourite photo
- a plant
- a tidy corner
- something calming, meaningful or uplifting
You do not need to redesign your whole home. Just add one thing that makes your environment feel kinder to be in.
👉Today’s reset: Bring one beautiful or uplifting thing into your space today.

Day 20 — Intellectual Wellness
Your brain needs stimulation too.
Intellectual wellness is about keeping your mind active, engaged and stretched in healthy ways.
That doesn’t have to mean formal learning or doing something impressive. It can be something simple that wakes your brain up a little.
You might:
- journal a new idea
- think through a question
- play a strategy game
- explore a topic
- challenge your thinking
- learn something that sparks your curiosity
A 10-minute brain stretch can be enough to shift your energy and sharpen your thinking.
👉Today’s reset: Give your brain a 10-minute stretch.

Day 19 — Spiritual Wellness
What value do you want to live by this summer?
Spiritual wellness is often about meaning, alignment and the deeper principles that guide how we live.
When life feels chaotic, reconnecting with our values can help us feel steadier and clearer.
Ask yourself:
- What matters most to me right now?
- Who do I want to be this summer?
- What do I want my choices to reflect?
Maybe your value is:
- peace
- honesty
- courage
- compassion
- simplicity
- consistency
- connection
Choose one value and let it shape your choices.
👉Today’s reset: Write down one personal value you want to live by this summer.

Day 18 — Physical Wellness
Rest is productive.
Physical wellness is not only about movement, food and energy. It is also about rest.
When life is busy, rest can start to feel like something we need to earn. But the truth is, rest is part of what allows us to function well in the first place.
Rest might look like:
- an early night
- a proper break
- ten quiet minutes lying down
- sitting down between tasks instead of pushing through
- choosing pause over pressure
- Intentional rest is not laziness. It is care.
👉Today’s reset: Make space for some intentional rest today.

Day 17 — Emotional Wellness
Give yourself permission to feel today.
Emotional wellness does not come from avoiding feelings or trying to shut them down as quickly as possible.
Your emotions are not problems to be fixed. They are messages to be understood.
- If you feel tired, acknowledge it.
- If you feel irritated, notice it.
- If you feel sad, anxious or heavy, allow yourself to recognise that too.
- You do not need to numb it.
- You do not need to force positivity.
- You do not need to rush past it.
Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is simply listen in.
👉Today’s reset: Let yourself notice what you’re feeling without judgement or pressure to fix it.

Day 16 — Financial Wellness
Financial wellbeing often starts with clearing the clutter.
Money pressure is not always just about income.
Sometimes it is also about the unnoticed little things that quietly pile up in the background.
- Unused subscriptions.
- Marketing emails.
- Impulse spending triggers.
- Services you no longer need.
👉Today, choose one unnecessary expense or one tempting email offer and remove it. It may seem small, but small actions build awareness, and awareness creates change.
👉Today’s reset: Unsubscribe from one unnecessary expense or email offer.

Day 15 — Occupational Wellness
What gives you energy in your work or daily routine?
Occupational wellness is not just about having a job.
It is about how your work, responsibilities and daily rhythm affect your sense of purpose, satisfaction and capacity.
- Some tasks drain us.
- Some tasks ground us.
- Some make time disappear because we feel engaged and in flow.
👉 Today, notice what tends to energise you.

Week 2 of the 50-Day 8Wise® Summer Reset is complete. ☀
This week, we explored seven areas of wellbeing:
Financial — taking ten minutes to check in with your finances
Emotional — identifying three words to describe how you really feel
Physical — giving your body the nourishment it needs
Spiritual — pausing beneath the sky and reconnecting with perspective
Intellectual — following your curiosity for ten minutes
Environmental — bringing fresh air, light or nature into your space
Social — creating connection through a genuine act of kindness
You may have completed every activity, only one, or none at all. This is not a test, and there is nothing to catch up on.
The purpose of the Summer Reset is to help you notice what supports your wellbeing, what may be adding pressure and which areas of your life might need a little more care or attention.
Look back through this week’s activities and ask yourself:
Which activity made the biggest difference?
Which one felt most difficult to begin?
Which dimension might need more support at the moment?
Is there one activity you would benefit from repeating next week?
Save this carousel so you can return to the activities whenever you need them.
Week 3 begins tomorrow.
In the meantime, complete the FREE 8Wise® Assessment to discover which areas of your life may need your attention right now to protect your mental health, mental wellbeing and quality of life.

Day 14 — Social Wellness
Who could benefit from hearing something kind today?
Social wellness is not about having a large social circle or constantly spending time with other people. It is about feeling connected, valued and supported within the relationships that matter to us.
Small moments of genuine connection can have a meaningful impact.
You could:
Give someone an unexpected compliment
Send a thank-you message
Check in with someone you have not spoken to recently
Tell someone that you appreciate them
Acknowledge something they have done well
Kindness does not need to be complicated or dramatic. A few thoughtful words may change the direction of someone’s day and strengthen your own sense of connection too.
👉 Today’s reset: Say something kind to someone today. Make it specific, genuine and unexpected.
