Wales gave us more than a day out, it gave us perspective.

Hard hats in ancient tunnels, sea air on pebble beaches, stories from local heroes… each moment asked our young people to be curious, brave and present. Learning in motion builds what classrooms can’t alone: regulation through rhythm of waves, confidence with every step into the unknown, and a sense of belonging to a bigger story.

We had an unforgettable day at Alton Towers for a Westfield team-building experience but this wasn’t just about the staff. It was about family.

Bringing one of our young people along felt like the most natural thing in the world because when you're part of Westfield, you're more than just supported… you're truly cared for.
