Resilient Families:
Regulate & Thrive is designed for parents/carers and children aged 8–14, including families who are home educating, have cared for experience, or where young people may be struggling to engage in mainstream settings.

The programme is particularly suited to families who may benefit from additional support around confidence, behaviour, emotional wellbeing or engagement, but who are able to take part in a structured group environment.

The programme takes a whole-family approach, recognising the important role parents play in supporting confidence, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, while also encouraging parents to prioritise their own wellbeing.

Through structured, movement based sessions, families will develop practical strategies to support regulation, build confidence and strengthen connection.

Alongside physical activity, the programme will also embed functional literacy and numeracy, helping to build confidence in communication, understanding and everyday skills in a supportive, non-classroom environment.

This course is particularly suited to families who would benefit from:

❤️‍🩹Support with emotional regulation and wellbeing
🧱Building confidence and resilience
💪 Strengthening parent child relationships
⚽️Re-engaging with structured activity
📚Developing confidence in literacy and everyday skills
