It was lovely to see our first international gathering for a number of years taking place last month.

Thank you to Joe Bonfante for hosting our first Dubai drinks at Atlantis The Royal, along with Mr Stanley. Thank you too to those who came along to catch up with all things Merchants.

Where shall we host next?!

Did you know that we don't have many old photos from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s?

If you have any photos from your time at school that you can share with us, we'd love to see them. We're very happy to scan physical photos and return them safely to you, or you can send digital versions to us.

Have a rummage in the loft - and please do share whatever you find with us!

The Merchant Taylors' Old Girls' Association is delighted to invite all Old Girls to join us in welcoming our newest members, the current Upper Sixth, into our community. The inaugural MTOGA Harrison Dinner for this year will be hosted jointly by the OGA and the Headmistress and will bring together current Upper Sixth pupils, current and former staff, special guests, and Old Girls of all ages.

The event will be a black tie dinner, with long dresses encouraged. There will be a drinks reception followed by a formal dinner, and this is a great chance to get together with your school friends and come back for a trip down memory lane! You can wander around school from 6pm, with dinner starting at 7:30pm. There will be lots of memories shared and archive items to have a look at. Some of your favourite current and former staff will also be in attendance.

Tickets cost just £10, and we look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

It was a pleasure to welcome OC Barrie Wells into school today, to see Headmaster David Wickes run 400m against our fastest athlete from the current pupils. Andrew ran an extra half lap to make it more equal, and Mr Wickes triumphed in the end 🏃‍♂️ Barrie made a significant donation to Merchants Gives in June for this challenge to take place, but it was delayed as the Headmaster had Covid on the original date. Thanks to Barrie, Andrew and Mr Wickes for being good sports!
