Free swimming This half term, swimming across our centres will be free to children aged 16 and under during public swim times, starting from Monday 16th February.

🏊 Children and young people can access free swimming at Volair centres during the Easter holidays.

🗓️ Under 16s can access free swimming during public swimming times from Saturday 28 March up to Sunday 12 April.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

🏫👔Bowring Park in Knowsley will be hosting a special school uniform pop-up sale this summer, giving local families the chance to kit out the kids for the new school year at a fraction of the cost.
On Tuesday 19th August, from 11am to 2pm, visitors can browse a wide selection of premium, brand-new school uniform items – suitable for both primary and secondary school ages – all still with tags, for just £1 each.
The event aims to support local families, reduce clothing waste, and make high-quality schoolwear affordable for everyone ahead of September.

🏊Thanks to funding from Knowsley Council’s Public Health team, junior swimming across Kirkby, Stockbridge Village, Huyton and Halewood Volair clubs will be free to children aged under 16 during public swimming times from Monday, February 17th until Sunday, February 23rd.

💦If your child struggles in group settings, they are limiting the number of participants for the SEN FREE Junior Session Kirkby to 30 to help create a more relaxed and manageable space for everyone, giving all children access to a fun, safe, and comfortable environment.
