We had an incredible time with the staff of Grace Academy Darlaston yesterday helping them reflect on their practice! Big shout out to Year 10 Heroes who spoke very articulately and really made the experience authentically about young people!
How incredible to have had our Year 10 ‘Heroes’ deliver our staff training! 🤩
We were visited by humanutopia again, this time from the founder, Graham, who guided our Heroes as they led a group of 3-4 teachers and support staff through various activities and reflection opportunities.
This was so powerful and we couldn’t be prouder of their confidence to lead groups of adults through a training session.
Well done, once again, to our Year 10 HEROES! 👏

A day with Year 8 & Year 9 exploring one big question…
Who am I?
These sessions create space for students to reflect, open up, and start understanding themselves - their identity, their values, and where they’re heading.
Because when young people feel seen and understood, everything else starts to shift 🧡

“I didn’t realise there were things I could actually do to calm myself down.”
Exam readiness isn’t just about revision. It’s about giving students the tools to manage pressure, regulate stress, and believe they can handle what’s ahead.
When students feel prepared mentally as well as academically, everything changes.
Supporting students through exam season means supporting their wellbeing too.
To the teachers already creating space for these conversations in your classrooms - thank you. The work you’re doing matters more than you know.
If you’re looking for ways to help students feel calmer, more confident and ready for exams, we’d love to support you.
Get in touch to find out how humanutopia workshops can support your students this exam season.
This is what confidence-building actually looks like.
Real conversations.
Real moments.
Real shifts in how young people see themselves.
It doesn’t happen all at once - but it starts here.

Resilience isn’t something students either have or don’t have.
It’s something they learn.
It’s knowing how to cope when things feel overwhelming.
It’s understanding their thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
It’s having tools they can use when pressure builds.
humanutopia workshops give students practical ways to build confidence, manage stress, and develop resilience that stays with them beyond the classroom.

“Confidence isn’t about never doubting yourself. It's about backing yourself anyway.”
Our facilitators see it all the time - confidence doesn’t arrive all at once. It's built in small moments:
✨trying again
✨speaking up
✨choosing to be kind to yourself
✨realising you’re capable.
And when a young person starts to believe in themselves, everything shifts.
What's one thing that’s helped you build confidence?

Exam stress doesn’t always look the way people expect.
Sometimes it’s overthinking.
Sometimes it’s pressure.
Sometimes it’s just feeling overwhelmed.
If that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone.
Take it one step at a time.
Save this for when you need the reminder.
