ll be given uniform and assigned mentors in the 4-Star, Best Western Premier Collection, Richmond Apart Hotel, on Hatton Garden and taken through every aspect of the varying roles within the hotel – from housekeeping, to beauty, to bartending to reception to accounts work. Candidates will also receive specialist Best Western Customer Service training and Lavazza Branded Barista training too. The course will include education sessions from a fully-qualified higher education tutor, as well as a brand-new curriculum, designed by the Know Hospitality team, in conjunction with funding partners HIT Training Ltd – the UK’s largest hospitality training company. Trainees will conduct 100 hours on-the-job training and meals will be provided during the course as well as travel expenses. Those wishing to apply must be within the ages of 16 and up, and must be available from November 6 through to December 6, when the graduation lunch will take place at The Richmond. The aim of the course is to place graduates into work or an apprenticeship in hospitality at the end.
