✨ Celebrating Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026 at LJMU ✨
Student Futures is committed to supporting neurodivergent students as they explore career options and prepare for life beyond university. Our goal is simple: careers support that is accessible, personalised, and inclusive.
Here’s how we support neurodivergent students at LJMU:
• 1:1 careers guidance with flexible formats (face-to-face, online, phone, or longer appointments).
• Practical support with CVs, applications, interviews, and finding work experience, internships, graduate roles or support with setting up your own business.
• Specialist resources co-created with neurodivergent students to help you recognise your strengths and navigate recruitment with confidence.
• Joined-up support with the Disability Support Team for learning support plans, adjustments, financial guidance, and wellbeing support.
This week we’ll also be sharing helpful resources and tips on our Instagram story every day - so keep an eye out! If you miss them, don’t worry, we’ll save everything in a highlight on our profile so you can revisit it anytime.

During his time at LJMU, Rory Kane took advantage of opportunities including a Discovery Internship, helping him gain valuable experience, develop his skills and build confidence before graduating.
After completing a three-month internship with Generative Minds, Rory went on to secure a full-time role as a Business Development Coordinator after graduating in 2025. 🚀
