From 6th April, employers are now legally required to maintain holiday records for at least six years.

This includes details of:

âś… Annual leave taken
âś… Leave carried over from previous years
âś… Holiday pay received
âś… Payments made in lieu of untaken leave
âś… What is included in holiday pay, such as bonuses or commission
