Next Generation MMA: Kids Classes

Next Generation MMA Kids classes Next Generation MMA run one hour kids classes on a Monday and Wednesday from 5.30pm.

The class will consist of martial arts that make up the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). On Different days the coaches will cover:
The Grappling disciplines of- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling
The Stand-up disciplines of- Boxing and Muay Thai
and will put all of the above together for MMA

The classes will take place in a professional and safe environment, in one of the best gyms in Liverpool. The classes are £3 per session
