We’ve had some lovely collaborations in our mud kitchens this week, the children have really embraced all different natural resources from around the garden to fulfil their recipes. The staff have really enjoyed listening to them all sharing their wonderful ideas together 🌷 🍃

Some of the children in woods group have enjoyed helping to package up the sunflower seeds ready for this terms home learning bags. 🌱Don’t forget to collect one from nursery to grow your own sunflowers at home together, they will be out in reception next week. We would love to see the progress made with them at home 🌻

Spending some time in the art room trying to match the colours found in our beautiful garden this week.
The children really enjoyed talking about what they had found and exploring colour mixing to find the perfect shades of pink, brown and green 🍃 🌸

Woods group have had a great time exploring the woodland recently, looking for new bursts of colour and have enjoyed learning about different parts of the plant. They have been discussing roots, stems, bulbs and petals as they explore the world around them🌱

Nature group have had a lovely morning out in the sunshine. We have been noticing natural changes in the environment, looking at the beautiful colours and exploring different smells. With all of this combined, the children enjoyed making blossom perfume through water play 🌸 🍃

Good luck to everyone finding out school places today. Please remember to inform your child’s key person which school has been allocated so we can begin the transition process. More information will be shared about this at our transition meeting next month 🤞🏻🌻❤️
