🌟 Transition Day at Lord Derby Academy 🌟

We had an incredible day delivering a high-energy carousel of activities to welcome students during their transition to secondary school.

From LU, Wackitball, Dance, to Multi-Sport Team Games — each session was designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage students to try something new.

The highlight? A whole-group finale where over 120 students and staff came together to perform the ‘House of Bamboo’ dance — something they had learned in their individual group sessions and then united to showcase as one.

Watching everyone join in with energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork was a perfect way to wrap up a day focused on connection, confidence, and fun!

Here’s to more opportunities where sport and creativity help shape positive starts and lasting memories.

Day 1 of 2 enjoying Sports Week with the children at Oughtrington Primary School.

Today we taught 180 children and tomorrow we go again 🔥🔥🔥

Lü DUO is finally up and running in Lena Gardens. It’s been a long process but well worth the wait!!!

I’ve had a ball today, seeing the children’s excited faces tying out new technology, running around and having loads of fun whilst learning!

I was told it was ‘The best day ever, definitely a 12 out of 10!’

Looking forward to continuing our relationship and seeing the amazing photographs and videos from today!!!
