OLine UK 2026 session 1 in the bag with

Returning to work with them after a session last year I was genuinely excited to see how much they had all improved from that muddy session in 2025.
Techniques all looked really solid. Understanding of blocking concepts improved. It was great to see their progress.

A bonus for me was seeing their OLine Coach for the first time since we were team mates for Great Britain 20 years ago. I know the unit is going to be in safe hands with him going forward into the 2026 season.

A liitle trip to Liverpool to work with the OL unit.

Some familiar faces in the group. Everyone worked hard and got better. Plus some RB's were also involved wanting to understand OL play to help be better.

Another Elite Clinic in the bag.
Great to work with the OL in attendance and help get them better.

Also stepping on the field at for the first time since 2015 with & was special. Last time we did, Ian slotted a 46 yard FG with 10s to go to win us a our 3rd National Championship .

The .leicesterpanthers OL got better today.
2hrs spent focusing on improving their craft ready for the summer season.

Another OLine UK Elite session in the bag.

The players here about to head to the , and for their respective pro contracts in the next few weeks. So it only seemed right to bring them all together to brush off the rust and get back into the swing of playing OLine.

Getting like minded individuals together to work on their craft and push each other to be even better players was an absolute pleasure to be able to coach.

you've all signed some real DAWGS for 2025.

A great open session in Leeds. Thank you to for use of their facility for the session.

The work put in yesterday by these 3 athletes was of high quality and effort. The key element being the effort. Make sure you always train like no one else will ever outwork you.

Year 2 with in the books. Thank you for inviting me back.

Possibly the wettest training session known to man. But everyone kind of stayed warm 😰 and but everyone definitely got better.
Seeing players for a 2nd time around, still utilising footwork and techniques from the last session was great to see, especially as they looked so much more confident and solid in their play.

Another open camp in the bag. This group (plus 1 more who had to leave a little early) put in a serious shift. Focusing on the core principles and techniques of OLine play, plus a little sprinkle of some "cool s**t" as well that DL in the UK won't be expecting.

A serious amount of work out in by this group. We covered run blocking footwork and aiming points, along with different pass sets, independent hand strikes and pass rush move counters.
