It’s difficult isn’t it separating your thoughts, ask yourself this, is what I’m experiencing because I’m completely overwhelmed by everything going on in my life, am I moving a million miles an hour and nothing is changing or is it the direct opposite am I underwhelmed with everything going on in my life that I’ve stopped enjoying everything going on.... Hard isn’t to admit both of these things- WHY because in my opinion we as humans are over complicating our lives, our needs have been replaced with wants and not reaching our ‘wants’ brings about either under or overwhelm!!

Ask yourself this in any of the things stated in the picture what are you feeling at the time of experiencing these states
Are you happy, sad, indifferent??
What are you doing thats triggered this state??

Are your thoughts controlling your emotions and sending you the wrong signals!!!
