⭐️ 4 STONE DOWN GONE⭐️

Sometimes you have to look back to realise just how far you’ve come. ❤️

Today was a very special moment in club as Helen moved her heart onto the 4 STONE mark on our Progress Ladder.

That’s 56lbs gone. But take a look at these photos… because they tell an even bigger story. 🥹

The difference in Helen is incredible and not just physically. That smile in the after photo says so much. ✨

This journey hasn’t meant putting life on hold. There have been holidays, celebrations, meals out and all the normal things that come with living your life. The difference has been Helen’s ability to come back, refocus and keep going.

No quick fix.
No need for perfection.
Just lots of small choices, made consistently over time. ❤️

And today those choices added up to FOUR WHOLE STONE.

Helen, we couldn’t be prouder of you. What an achievement and what a reminder of what can happen when you simply refuse to give up on yourself.

56lbs down and look at that smile! 🥰

Please give Helen some HUGE love in the comments — this milestone deserves a proper Croxteth Park Nutrition celebration! 🎉👏❤️

Getting older is a privilege. Feeling more like yourself as you do it is the bonus. 🌳

48. And still learning. 🤍

Getting older is funny. The things I thought were important 10 or 20 years ago really aren’t the things that matter most to me now.

I care more about my health. My peace. My family and friends. Making memories. Feeling strong. Doing work I enjoy. And spending my time with people who make me feel good.

I still get things wrong. I still have days when I doubt myself, can’t be bothered or wonder what on earth I’m doing 😂

But I think that’s part of it.

I’m not trying to turn back the clock.

I just want to feel good in the life I’m living now. 🤍

Feeling like yourself again doesn’t happen overnight. It happens in the little choices you make every day. 🌳
