Trying to lose fat while juggling work, kids, home life, and everything else can feel impossible at times. The truth is, fat loss becomes much easier when you have a simple routine that works with your life, not against it.

✨ 1. A clear weekly schedule
Time-block your week so you know exactly when things are getting done. Having clarity around work, family time, meals, exercise, and your own time removes so much of the daily stress and decision-making

🍳 2. Make protein and fibre your best friends
Choose 1-2 breakfasts and lunches that you enjoy and can eat on repeat. Meals that are high in protein and fibre will keep you fuller for longer, support fat loss, and help maintain your energy levels throughout busy workdays.

🥘 3. Batch-cook family dinners
Save yourself time and mental energy in the evenings by cooking larger portions. Double up recipes and freeze extras so future-you has healthy meals ready to go on those hectic days. 👌🏻

🏋🏻‍♀️ 4. Ditch the long workouts
You don’t need to spend hours in the gym. A structured, challenging 30-40 minute workout can be incredibly effective. Get in, get it done, and get on with your day.

🌙 5. Create a bedtime routine for yourself
You have a routine for your kids—why not have one for you too?
• Get yours and the kids’ clothes ready for the next day
• Prep lunches and anything you’ll need in the morning
• Complete your skincare, hair, or self-care routine
• Put your PJs on
• Read for 10-15 minutes before bed
A good evening routine sets you up for a calmer, more successful tomorrow.

💛 Fat loss isn’t always, but it doesn’t have to feel like a constant cycle of stopping and starting. With a little structure, planning, and consistency, it can flow so much more naturally alongside your busy life

Survived 🐓pox the last 2 weeks have been fully survival mode and here’s a snap shot of that
