Drawing and Talking therapy - £120
A 12 week program suitable for ages 5 - 105 to process trauma in a non-intrusive way. Using Jungian theories, we will meet for 30 mins per week for 12 weeks.

Next Step program - from £5 per session. Average of 6 sessions.
Trained by Cheshire and Wirral CAMHS we will meet a minimum of twice using the Next Step program. This is a forward thinking therapy, rather than working through previous trauma. This program aims to provide structure to move forward with mental health and well-being. A helpful way to move forward when the issues seem overwhelming. I will support you chose the issues causing most concern and progressively and structurally work through them.

Counselling - from £20ph

Autism support practitioner - from £5 per hour
Practical support, advice, information and signposting for individuals and families of those with ASC.
