Taking Stock & A New Chapter:

Hello folks, firstly we hope you have had an amazing summer.
We’re doing this post to announce that our flagship MindFull stall will be closing with immediate effect; meaning that we will not reopen, as intended in the last week of September. However, the MindFull dream doesn’t end here. After an amazing journey last year which admittedly took us to the brink of our own sanity, we as co-owners have used Summer to reflect on our experiences. There were certain non-negotiable’s from our side which had to be met in order for us to move forward: 1. To be given certain contractual assurances for it to make sense for Beau to commit himself to Liverpool to take the reigns on a full-time basis. 2. To have sole commitment to our business from stakeholders within the University.
The University, Student SU, Stakeholders, Staff, and Customers have been beyond incredible in their unrivalled support in what we achieved and are still trying to achieve. You really have all been incredible in keeping us motivated, committed and hell-bent on trying to break the Mold of University food offerings and the culture that this brings.
However, through every negative we seek a positive right away. What this break provides us is time to create, a tighter control of Capital, and reduced pressures from our service offering. So, with this we are excited to announce that an alternate division within our business can now be grown, albeit slowly and progressively. This will involve creating an educational platform for students: Recipe Videos, Shopping Tips, Competitions, and much more. This is an exciting chapter within our history folks! We always had this division on our radar and we can now provide sole focus on that for at least 12 months and look into and reconsider what we want to achieve on a retail front.

It’s been a pleasure, and it will be a pleasure.
