Artistic Fruit Tower with Melon Cubes, Berries & Grapes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups green grapes
1 cup strawberries, hulled
¾ cup blueberries
¾ cup raspberries
1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
1 cup pineapple chunks
1–2 mini apples or nectarines (for base garnish, optional)
Toothpicks or skewers (optional, for stability if assembling tall tower)
Directions:
Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits. Remove any stems and hull strawberries if needed.
Using a melon baller or knife, cut cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple into uniform cubes for clean stacking.
On a large serving stand or cake stand, begin layering fruits in concentric circles starting from the outside with cubed melon and pineapple.
Place berries (raspberries, blueberries) and strawberries closer to the center, gradually stacking them to form a peak.
Use grapes to crown the top layer and fill any small gaps. Mini apples or nectarines can be placed at the bottom tier for color contrast and balance.
Optionally, insert short skewers for extra support if assembling ahead or transporting.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Best enjoyed the same day for maximum freshness and appearance.
