Women’s only BJJ classes Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm. Women’s only Thai Boxing Tuesdays and Thursdays as well. Be there or be square!

Massive Congrats to the girls competing at Grappling Industries in London this weekend! Bronze for Mikah after some very tough matches (2 submissions, head and arm and guillotine) Paula winning Gold in Gi and bronze in No Gi! Well done ladies doing the proud!
