A teenager has made history by becoming the first competitor from Northern Ireland to win a prestigious multi-discipline sporting competition in England.

Friends’ School pupil Annabel McKeown secured the title at the international Junior Tetrathlon Championships in Warwickshire last month, capping years of dedication to one of the most demanding competitions in the world of athletics.

A fantastic day of golf, friendship and reunion was enjoyed at our annual Old Scholars Golf Competition.

We were also delighted to welcome members of the Class of 1976, who joined us to celebrate their 50-year reunion. It was wonderful to see former pupils reconnecting and sharing memories from their time at Friends'.
