This morning I was invited to speak at and the topic was Clarity for Business Owners. What's wild is that I myself felt like a bit of an imposter when prepping the talk, despite have absolute clarity on what I do in coaching.

I'm celebrating international coaching week on holiday in Spain. Rather that cancel a coaching session i had scheduled for myself, i took the time out and it was a great lesson of how to frame the reminders a holiday can bring up of a loved one no longer here. I was able to look at those as reminders of all the good times and not of the loss. 🕊
