Our Newark and Lincoln classes came together for an evening of axe throwing, karaoke, and of course - dancing!

Continuing with the birthday celebrations, we had more cake tonight. I think its safe to say we definitely earned that cake after tonight's class

We're up tonight

It's going to be a warm one, so please;

✅️ Dress appropriately - shorts and tshirt/vest will be fab

✅️ Bring plenty of water - try and keep your water bottles in the fridge and then take them out when you leave for clasd

✅️ Take breaks as and when you need them

I'll of course have the fans going full throttle, and i've taken out all high impact tracks from the playlist

I have a day in work tomorrow, then its birthday celebrations on wednesday, our Lincoln class on Thursday, and then we have our social on Saturday, which i'm also treating as my birthday party. Fun week for me!
