niversity Championships Indoor and Outdoor (BUCS), which covers both Track and Field and Cross Country. These are just few things to look forward to though, as there are plenty of road races also, including the Lincoln 10K. This years committee is;

- Tuesday 6:15, Yarborough Leisure Centre
(Meet outside Horse and Groom 5.45)
- Thursday 6:15, Yarborough Leisure Centre
(Meet outside Horse and Groom 5.45)
- Sunday 10.15, Yarborough Leisure Centre
(Meet outside Horse and Groom 9.45)

Long Distance Training times:
- Monday 6pm, meet outside the main admin
- Wednesday 6pm, meet outside the main admin
- Friday 6pm, Circuit training at the Sports Hall
- Sunday, Optional Runs
