Excited to share that our Lincoln Agri-Robotics (LAR) team has been selected as finalists for the 2025 AI & Robotics Research Awards in the category! This recognition reflects the collaborative effort and dedication of many incredible minds working together, pioneering robotic systems for sustainable agriculture across selective harvesting, crop care, and phenotyping. Our research and innovation has already led to transformations in agriculture, easing labour shortages, reducing reduce food waste and shaping the policy landscape on automation in horticulture, as well as training the next generation of researchers through our Centres for Doctoral Training AgriFoRwArdS and SUSTAIN. We're looking forward to joining the other finalists alongside TAS Hub and Responsible AI UK at the Royal Society on March 12th!
