When you arrive at a school for the final session of our course for parents and they have donuts!!!! A great start to a Tuesday.

Another great set of parents and carers this morning! Chatting all about how self care is an investment not indulgence!

Great to be back in schools for this academic year. We have a busy term ahead. First stop this morning St Faiths and St Martins CofE Junior School.

Our week’s here at ESH Consultancy and training are so varied which is so much fun. This week we are in 3 different schools delivering a range of courses; working with and delivering courses for Safe Families, EYA, EDAN, the diocese of Lincoln; have several coaching sessions; got meetings with the NHS, EHE team at Lincoln County Council, MS society and not forgetting leading a careers assembly at a local secondary school - full and varied. Very blessed.

Busy day today. Ed is back in Caistor Grammar School today for their annual Peer Mentor Training. I can’t think how many years he has been going to train their sixth formers to get alongside their peers and younger students, to encourage, support, mentor and inspire them moving forward. Such a privilege. Then back tonight for an evening session with Unison. Varied, busy but totally fulfilling.

Great to be in a new school yesterday delivering our parent course ‘How to support our children dealing with the Emotional Rollercoaster of Life.’ What a lovely school and what a fantastic group of parents. Looking forward to the next few weeks working with them.

This morning’s course in a Lincolnshire school has yet again reminded me how grateful I am that I get the opportunity to, in a tiny way help facilitate making small differences to people’s lives and families. It is a privilege that I don’t want to ever take for granted.

When the room looks like this, you know you've had a great day. Absolutely loved sharing with an inspirational team at TuVida. Plus I had this little fella to fiddle with - loved it!

Getting ready for a busy but fulfilling week ahead. Several courses in schools, meetings with universities, dioceses, courses with Edan and EYA, coaching, SUMO day in Bedfordshire and finishing the week with Life Languages training on Saturday! Yes!! Bring it on!

Great 3rd session with our group at The Salthouse, St Swithins Lincoln. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to explore together and learn together. It was a busy day yesterday going from Birchwood Lincoln, to Gainsborough and back to Lincoln again in the evening to work with different parents and carers.

This is what our diningroom table looks like after an evening zoom course for parents and carers. Great to laugh and learn together. Will tidy in the morning!
