Sitting in the office contemplating the day ahead. Sign language lesson this morning followed by meetings and admin work. It's been a very busy year so far for us at Kendall Training which we are very grateful for. I am very thankful that I love my job and the people I work with.

I started the week at an RAF station delivering a 2 day Mental Health course. I then delivered the same course yesterday and today but this time online to both military and civilian workplaces.
The same course but both felt so different.
I hear people say they like face to face training over online. And I agree, especially when it is a physical or practical course. But mental health training can easily be delivered online. The instructor just has to be in tune with the delegates needs and adapt to their needs.

Both courses were fantastic and I now have 14 people ready to explore conversations around mental health with confidence.

Do you ever take time out of your busy day to just recharge? Or are you too busy?
Mental Health Week is a good excuse to try something new for your wellbeing. Taking even just 5 mins away from your desk to recharge the battery is key.
How do you like to recharge during the day?
Me...I sit with my beautiful dog Marcus and have hugs with him.
