Disagreements, arguments, conflict. At some point everyone will be part of an argument.
If you are a parent arguing with your partner that can be very confusing, scary and upsetting for your children to witness. Even if you have tried to hide it from your children, they will pick up on the more subtle aspects of conflict, such as voice tone or atmosphere. The post covid world and current cost of living crisis is adding stress to families who may already be struggling.
If you are finding things difficult, there are some free, unjudgemental courses that you can do online. There are 4 available:
* Me, You and Baby too
* Arguing Better
* Getting it Right for Children
* Debt and Relationships
