“Jo works with children in our school and makes significant impact on their progress. Although these sessions are funded by parents, we provide a space and agree an appropriate time within the school day for her to carry out 1:1 sessions. Jo liaises regularly and effectively with class teachers to support what the child may be struggling with in school and links to current topics or areas of focus. We would recommend any other school accommodating these sessions if they can, as it really has great impact on a child's progress, in a range of areas. With current school budgets it is sadly not something that we are able to provide but we can see the huge benefit these sessions have for the children”.
