Join us at Westfield School on Saturday 6th December, 10am–1:30pm, for a festive family day packed with magic and cheer.

Step into Santa’s Grotto, browse fantastic independent stalls, enjoy delicious food vendors, and try your luck at the bottle stall, sweet jars, lucky dip, and so much more. 🎅🎁

We’re proud to bring the community together for what has become one of Leominster’s favourite festive traditions — and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Every penny raised goes directly to supporting Westfield School PTFA, helping us continue to do great things for our children and families. ❤️

Please bring bags of clothes to be donated tomorrow or Thursday. The white bus will be open for clothes to be put in there to stay dry !!.

💚 Let’s Talk SEND-Friendly Sessions – November Edition! 💚

We know how important the right environment is for our amazing SEND community. That’s why we run dedicated sessions designed to be calmer, quieter, and more supportive—where every child (and adult!) can feel comfortable and free to have fun at their own pace.

Here’s what’s coming up this November at Flip Out Hereford:

🕔 Thursday 6th November | 5–6 PM (Please note the NEW start time: 5PM!)
🕤 Sunday 9th November | 9:30–10:30 AM
🕤 Sunday 23rd November | 9:30–10:30 AM

What makes these sessions different?
✔️ Reduced capacity – fewer people, more space
🔇 No music – a quieter, calmer atmosphere
🤗 Supportive staff who truly care
🎟️ Carers go FREE (just bring proof of carer status – standard Flip Out T&Cs apply)

These sessions are about inclusion and joy—because everyone deserves a place to bounce. So if you know someone who’d love this, spread the word. 💌

Upcoming PTFA dates / Fundraisers

Saturday 8th November 8pm , Disco / band night at Leominster sports and social club £10 a ticket. Tickets available at Hintons Leominster and Cakes , bakes and makes. All proceeds going to Westfield school and The poppy Appeal.

Tuesday 11th November - PTFA meeting 4pm , in the hall / teams link available.

Thursday 13th November - Rags to riches ( please only send clothes in on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th ) more information below.

Saturday 6th December 10am - 1.30pm Winter wonderland / Christmas fayre / grotto at WESTFIELD SCHOOL

Sunday 7th December 3pm - 7pm Journey through the Westpole , a free sensory , interactive experience for the whole community to enjoy ( tickets at Leominster Tourist information centre )

Monday 15th December - our Christmas bingo at Leominster sports and social club doors open 7pm , eyes down 7.45pm
